Sheila D. Jones, RN
Founder & Visionary
Sheila D. Jones, RN, is the founder of the National Home Care Association for Churches and a trailblazer in the faith-based home care movement. With decades of nursing and leadership experience, she has dedicated her career to equipping churches with the tools, training, and strategies to launch sustainable home care ministries.
As the #1 home care business trainer for churches, Sheila brings both clinical and home care expertise and entrepreneurial vision to the work. With her proprietary the Intergrated Economic Care System - I.E.C.S., it encompasses 5 major pillars (Christ, Church, Client, Caregiver, and Community) which empowers churches to become active providers of care within their communities.
Through her role as the Kingdom Care Coach, Sheila's goal is to raise up a national network of faith-based leaders who are transforming the way home care is delivered across the country. Her mission is clear: to position the church at the forefront of compassionate, high-quality care for seniors, families, and communities in need.
Renee Starms, JD
Executive Council – Renee Starms is an Internet Marketing Success Coach, entrepreneur, and Juris Doctor graduate with a background in finance and insurance at Fortune 500 companies including Bear Stearns, Merrill Lynch, and Mass Mutual. Since 2009, she has specialized in helping small businesses and professionals build strong online brands through digital marketing and social media strategy. An award-winning SCORE workshop presenter, Renee is passionate about empowering entrepreneurs and communities to achieve growth and success.
Dr. Georgetta Wright, DNP, RN
Executive Council – Dr. Georgetta Wright is a distinguished leader in nursing and healthcare education, holding a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP). With deep expertise in clinical systems, senior care, and caregiver training, she offers strategic guidance to ensure our programs meet the highest standards of healthcare excellence. Her leadership strengthens our commitment to quality, compassion, and community impact.
